School Directors Partnership

Monthly Meetings with School Directors
The Foundation of Our Success
The success of our educational programs depends critically on the support of school directors. We enjoy excellent relations with the directors of the schools we support, who are outstanding teachers and progressive in their thinking.
Through regular monthly meetings, we coordinate program implementation, share results, and continuously improve our literacy initiatives. This collaborative approach ensures our programs are tailored to each school's unique needs and challenges.
Our lead teacher Khemissara (Ava) Vannasing works closely with school directors to implement our literacy programs. With 15 years of experience in Thai language education, Ava transforms the vision of school directors into classroom reality.
The collaboration between our educational team and school directors ensures that every child receives personalized attention and achieves literacy success. This partnership approach has led to our remarkable 92% literacy achievement rate.
